Had Hayhoe Asphalt resurface my old cement driveway. They did a great job, were very professional and I will definitely hire them in the future.

Hayhoe seals my drive every two years and always does a really good job. They pay attention to details and their crew is very professional.
If you dont mind waiting a long time with no follow through, used them. Two months passed from estimate to the work finally being done and there was never a call from the office. I had to call them to find out what is going on. I was ready to find someone else to use thinking that they had forgotten about me and then a call to my home, not my workplace as I suggested, to let me know they would be out the following week...never came.
They included in the estimate trimming and using a powerful leaf blower to clean the driveway only to find leaves and a nail under the black top coating that they applied. I am sure I will not use them again. Clearly the small driveway is slotted last no matter when you get the estimate. I was quite disappointed. I am sure there is another small, local company that will give attention where attention is deserved.
Cookie - I apologize that your experience with us wasn't a good one for you. We've been in business for over 40 years and pride ourselves on the customer service that we offer. We are a small family business and I apologize that you had to wait so long for your driveway to be sealed. We do try to complete every job in a timely matter, but this summer/fall was a very difficult one for us with all the rainy weather we had and unfortunately, we weren't able to complete the seal jobs as quickly as we would have liked. I also apologize that you feel the asphalt wasn't properly cleaned prior to the sealing. If you haven't contacted us already, please give us a phone call and we will stop out in the spring and see if we need to reseal the driveway for you at no cost. We do warranty our work for one year, so if our crew didn't prep the driveway correctly and the sealer is prematurely wearing off this spring, we will definitely make sure to take care of it for you.
