Best gym I've found in the Central Coast. The trainers are very knowledgable and motivating. They have a large mat area, boxing ring and cage, strength training center, tread mills, bag area and up to date equipment. They have the greatest Core class. Their gym is clean with a WOW apperance. I'm having a good time learning and getting in shape.
