When I first brought my truck in, Bill spent an incredible amount of time with me and didn't charge me a dime. When I brought the truck back for the next service, the staff was incredibly efficient and addressed everything at a VERY reasonable cost; I really thought the bill was going to be bigger. Their work is thorough and meticulous and the proxemity to Hicksville train station makes it even more convenient to leave the vehicle there. The bottom line is that they have really earned my trust and I am really happy to have such a great place to go for service.
