The lady up front was very rude and hateful and gave you wrong time for when people was there we ask for the person and she jumped on us and told us to call and ask when she was ther we just ask before we came in she was terrible

Underestimated wait times. No apology for long waits. Instead they actually give the customers an attitude, as if you are burdening them by being there. No one should wait an hour only to be greeted by an obviously irritable and grumpy stylist. The Great Clips by the Hendersonville Wal-Mart provides much better service.
