Founded in 1844, First Baptist Church is located in Hendersonville, N.C. The church has been offering spiritual and emotional guidance and Christian teaching to community members. The church has various ministries, such as adult, youth, Bible studies, weekday early education, evangelism and tape; music and art; fitness, library and prayer ministries. It also offers other services, such as Sunday worship, Sunday contemporary worship, Sunday school and Wednesday evening pastor's Bible study. The church provides various programs and activities for different groups, such as classes for infants and children in grades kindergarten through six; parents night out, college and post-college for adults.
