Reception tends not to tell you the full information you need to know, which caused confusion as to when office hours actually are. Made afternoon appointment, called and confirmed same day as appointment, however doctor left office by the time of my appointment. Office refused to be flexible to make up for the appointment not being kept by the doctor.
