This morning I ordered cut flowers with up-charge and they were supposed to be delivered same day and by 1:30. It is now 5:06 pm and I called the room and no flowers were delivered. Not acceptable business practice. When I called to follow up I was told that the hospital volunteers were responsible for the delivery. When I called the front desk these flowers had never arrived. Again, not acceptable business practice. Called back the Henderson florist and was told that the driver would go back and deliver the flowers. Well, no need for the driver to go back if the flowers were at the hospital. As of now still waiting, and not sure what will happen. All I can say is that I will never use this service and nor should you.

I WAS UNSURE AT FIRST TO USE THEM BUT EVERYTHING ABOUT THEM WAS AWESOME THE SERVICE, PROFESSIONAL STAFF, FRESH STANDING SPRAY, IT WAS BEAUTIFUL! ON TIME AND WHEN WE WENT TO ORDER THEY HAD THE MOST PRETTIEST FLORIST I HAVE EVER SEEN. I WILL USE THEM AGAIN. MY FRIENDS AT SHRINERS CLUB TOLD ME ABOUT THOSE FOLKS. THEY WERE GOOD WELL MANNER PEOPLE..
