This flower shop does not deliver what you ordered. They give you something much less as described in catalog.
Florist does not deliver as described in catalog. I went back to florist and they did nothing to help with my complaint. It was for my mom's funeral and the flower arrangement was only two thirds the size they told me it was going to be and three of the flowers were broken. DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST.

Duncans has the best flowers I have seen in coeur d alene and the nicest staff. Would highly recommend to eveyone to check them out...

Quick, easy & impressive. I can show up without notice, tell them what I basically have in mind and what my price range is...they do the rest and do it very well...10 minutes later, I am walking out with more than what I expected. Highly recommended.
I bought a fresh floral bouquet at Duncans Florist and it lasted forever.I would highly recommend them to everyone.If you don't have time to stop in just visit there website.They have great customer service.
