I staggered in with a broken antique Mac and very little money to fix it or replace it. I was going to have to fix the old Mac or learn how to use a new computer (because macs are so expensive). For only a couple hundred dollars more, they got me a much nicer Mac and they found it within 1 day. Transferred over everything and I got back to work like nothing had happened. I realize that I might have been able to do much of this myself IF I knew a lot about computers and where to look for them and what they should cost etc etc. But what I appreciate is that the problem was solved, my situation is better and it was affordable.

Went to "Geek squad" to have my lap top repaired. Paid $200.00 for Geek squad support, and was told that would cover any virus problems. Recieved a call from Geek squad, they said my Hard Drive needed to be replaced or my processer was bad. They told me "my unit needed to be replaced". Not satisfied I got a refund on Geek squad support, and was still charged $70.00 for a Diagnostic on my "unit", then told that my "unit" was to old. I then took my lap top to LA Lap Top repair at 12853 Hawthorne blvd. in Hawthorne. They called me "another geek squad victim". I then found out that my hard drive had just been deleted and could just be reprogrammed for $89.99. I agreed and am now telling everyone that I can with my repaired and fully functional "unit", don't be "another geek squad victim.
