Very poor customer service, tried to overcharge me for my copay and contact lenses said once I use a portion of my benefits I lose the rest of my benefits????? I guess this was their way of getting more money out of the customer!!!after 1& 1\2 hours later, after I called my insurance let them speak with Davis employee Davis Vision still refused to accept my insurance information. My insurance was in network no less that is why I went there...I left after speaking with manager Rob who was suppose to call me with bill total , never called me, I called days later requested a bill & contact prescription . I received prescription. I placed online order for contacts when they verified script Davis told them script expired. They called back Davis who said they only gave me glasses script. Third phone call they said contact script expired. Conference call with VSP & Rob he stated he was unware of my benefits, I should not have received the scripts, did not have an answer as to why I did not receive a bill for services and then the line went dead!!! DO NOT USE DAVIS VISION in Hauppauge
