The Sentara Center for Health & Fitness, formerly known as the Sentara Hampton Health and Fitness Center, provides various wellness programs for adults and senior citizens. The center also offers health maintenance, sports performance training and rehabilitation programs for its members. It is a part of Sentara Healthcare, which also owns and operates various hospitals, outpatient care facilities, rehabilitation centers, schools and urgent care units. The Sentara Center for Health & Fitness employs a team of certified fitness specialists, dietitians and health educators.
