My experience concerns the office staff ONLY, specifically the "office manager" & another office assistant. The "Professional" staff beyond the front office are amazing. I've seen both dentists & have no complaints, very gentle, caring & good at what they do. They must not know what goes on up front. Two of the office females are rude, snippy, haughty & presented as being superior to me. The visit prior to this one, I was chastised like a child, in front of other patients in the waiting room for being late. I live 1 1/2 hours away and thought I was 20 min. early. That female wouldn't even listen to me, just scolded me as if I were 3 years old. This recent visit, the so-called office manager is just as rude & lied to me on the phone about having spoken w/my insurance regarding my being a patient. When she would not listen to me & interrupted me w/ "I'M TALKING".....I hung up on her. The group that greets the public before having services performed are bullies.
