You should live here if you don't expect your caution deposit back after being a responsible tenant. The apartments are way overpriced for the quality. We moved in because everything was included and then electric meters were installed and we were asked to pay for electric usage which was very high as the cooking was also electric. When we moved in, the carpets weren't clean and had visible signs of wear and tear. we approached the maintenance company multiple times, and we asked them about the carpets.Long story short, we decided to move and returned the keys after passing the inspections. received a check for the caution deposit and was shocked to see $150 deducted for carpet cleaning and charged us the electric bill for the month of March and April, when we had already paid the bill for March. The new management is making it their business to be cunning and deceitful. word of advice- DO NOT MOVE IN!!! --- Raisa Mathew
