0Always crowded and busy. Tough to get a table at peak times. Huge number of choices to select from. Hearty portions. Just like grandma used to make. Take a culinary trip back in time.
#highly recommended #good food
Visting with a client in Hallandale - we decided to meet at Flashback Diner on Federal Highway. Just north of the Dade/Broward line, they're located on the west side of the street.
I'd eaten already so it was just a bowl of Matzo Ball soup and cookies - to go - for me. Water as my beverage.
Service was friendly and polite. Our server was training new staff - they visited the table several times inquiring where everything was okay. Other servers stopped as well.
Matzo Ball soup was pretty good - cookies were quickly eaten by my kids. No issues with the food or service.

I love the wait staff, especially Mark! I can come into Flashback with a ton of work and absolutely stressed but by the time I leave, he has made me not only smile, but laugh out loud.
