I stopped in to look at some options for a large renovation project. I found some perfect options & I asked my husband to meet me in a few hours to review some choices after my hair appointment.
However, the creepy owner took pictures of my car in the parking lot. I had to call my husband to come and get me.
We will be shopping for our renovation project elsewhere!!

I was very surprised at the horrible negative review so I thought I would give one to balance it out. Everyone I have talked to in Guilford loves this place. It is a town landmark and has a great selection of kitchen items (which is mostly why I go there) but we buy normal hardware things there as well. My husband and I have both received great customer service there and get many coupons to keep us coming back!

When trying to find a part for my air conditioner this store was very uncooperative and unfriendly then placed me "on hold - while I transfer your call", which meant by to the tone of the gentleman on the phone, I don't want to deal with you so go away... That, sir, is exactly what I have done and what I will recommend for all my friends, family and clients....



This was me first and last experience with this store. Give the trend of True Value stores closing in the state I look forward to this store closing as well.
