Love this place. Great service and food.. nomnomnom

From the moment we walked in it was obvious the woman behind the counter didn't want to deal with us. She barely talked to us, made us search for prices, refused to offer help, abd when we asked about getting rolls are literally looked at us and said "Try looking in the big menu". Well excuse me for assuming the giant board had the entire menu. The tv was playing some comedy show that she was obviously upset about missing. She then continued to gossip loudly about "Amber". My wife made sure to apologize to her for ruining her night. I am a local businessman and have ordered from here many times...I am also a local chamber member...not only will I no longer eat here but my company will no longer spend it's money here and I'll be making sure the chamber understands how horrible we were treated. The attitude of this woman is literally one of the worst people I've ever seen in retail/customer service. I wish she had a name tag on so I could follow up with the business owner.

I just had my first wing stop experience and the customer service was awesome! If you get the chance definitely check it out. Ask for steve he's the man! He'll make sure your wing stop experience is as great as mine! And most importantly the food is great!.

Waited a little longer than expected on my first visit, on my 2nd visit I casually mentioned about my previous visit and the manager Steve came up to us and went above and beyond to make up for the wait. Great staff and great food! Thanks guys!
