I just called the place, trying to get an estimate on AC repair. The man that answered sounded decrepit, very unprofessional, and uneducated. I wasn't even sure that I had called a place of residence vs. business because he didn't clarify when he answered. I asked for an estimate, he asked me to hold while he looked for his appointment book? What? Came back after a few seconds of shuffling around and said that his system was down and couldn't get to it until a couple of days while they waited on their maintenance man?



Me: Wait, no, what? I asked for an ESTIMATE, can't you give me an est. without making an appointment?



Him: "Oh, if it's out of gas, uh, umm, lemme see, 109."



I just hung up. Out of gas? What?



I'd say if I'm that frustrated just talking to him on the phone, I would be immensely disappointed if I were to hire them.



STAY AWAY!

I had trouble getting my scooter to start consistently, so I took itto these clowns. They "replaced" 2 parts on it, and 2 weeks later, the same stuff was happening. I was referred to a good mechanic, and after 1 look, he told me the ride on which I was taken. They tricked me into buying an item that not only I did not need, but could actually be harmful to it. I spent the same amount of money with the guy who knows what he is doing, and things are better now, but Greenville Radiator was 1 huge waste of time and money. I wish I would have looked here first, but I learned a $200 lesson.

This place should not be in business! They do bad work and treat customers like crap...especially after they get your money. As you can tell by the few good reviews...they are liars too. The reviews match their website with different names. If they have to resort to this you know something is wrong!!!

I had my scooter serviced at Greenville Radiator recently, I had asked them to put the belt on and please check over it and make sure everything on it is good so I went back to pick it up and they said everything is fine on it, so I believed them and rode scooter home from my job and I hear something metal hit ground thought nothing of it, it could have been the car that passed me on other said turned out my kick start fell off my moped. It had rode home and I didn’t realize the kick start lever fell off until my scooter stalled and wouldn’t start so I eventually got it started and made it to my job and used the phone to call them told him what happened. He accuses me of lying and that the kick start lever coming off wasn’t his problem only way he would replace it is if I bought a new 1. The guy didn’t even say I’m sorry that happened that’s what really made me mad. Instead of apologizing, he said I bet you 20 bucks I can take the thing that covers belt off (not exactly that but I forgot name of that part) without removing kick start lever. Now personally I would never do that to a customer cause that’s not professional. I strongly recommend going to somebody else and only come to them as a last resort.

Everytime i had scooter serviced there something else went wrong with it. like now my horn wont work and my left turn signal works only half the time.the 5 start reviews where posted by employees there i saw the same exact thing on there website but it was posted different dates

I had some work done to my truck there a couple of times and I was treated with like I was one of the family. Every time I picked up my truck from there I left with a smile on my face.

WE HAVE HAD A LOT OF WORK DONE AT GREENVILLE RADIATOR. THEY ARE GREAT PEOPLE TO WORK WITH .NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEM WITH ANY OF THERE WORK.THANKS FOR ALL THE HELP

had to get a radiator fixed and they took very good care of me. was in and out in a reasonable time for a good price . will take any radiator problem back to them. thanks guys great job

I agree with all the reviews!!! I was so mad that they kept making my car worse that I had to have it towed to another place. My neighbor bought a scooter from them and it was a nightmare because it broke down after two weeks.I would never recommend this place! NEVER!

I will not go back to Greenville Radiator! I had a bad experience from start to finish...and I had to take my car to another shop.

This place is absolutely terrible! I would not recommend brining your car to this place ever. They will rip you off and then treat you like garbage. Very unprofessional.



Stay away!

I bought a scooter from them and it has been nothing but a nightmare! Problem after problem after problem. They refuse to give me my money back and every time they "repair" it, there are more problems. I am disgusted and will never do business with them again!

This place is horrible! Don't buy anything from them. They sell junk and don't stand by their products. BEWARE!!!
