The last time I sent in a review I was not pleased. However, I would like to tell you of my experience today with my son renting an automobile. Anthony helped us here in Greenville at the Greenvile Blvd location.( same place as before but wow, what a difference) HE had superior customer service skills. Anthony was fast, yet accurate. Put us in the vehicle of our choice and has changed my feelings about Enterprise Rent- A-Car! I wish everyone had a gentleman working for there company that was as pleasant and helpful as Anthony. He made us feel valued and he deserves an at-a-boy. Give that man a raise! Thank you Anthony ~ being in a car accident is traumatic, but you made the transition of renting a car while waiting on the insurance company extremely pleasant. Driving something nice makes it much more bearable. Who knows we may purchase something just like you put my son in today. Again, a sincere thank you to Enterprise for hiring such as outstanding employee!! Way to go Anthony you get my 5 stars and 10 if there were that many!!

I rent from Enterprise every time I need a rental simply because my first experience was wonderful. From that point on things slowly changed and went downhill. They change rental policies way too often and are never consistent across the board. If I could rent from other places, I probably would. Since I can't, I have Enterprise.

Never rent a car from this location!!!!I had a car reserved and arrived 30 minutes before the reservation but had to wait a total of 1 hour to get the car. Two people were working at the front desk and one person came back late from lunch with more than 5 people waiting (who all had existing reservations). In addition, none of the cars were washed and ready to go. They only had one compact car available but showed me other cars that I thought were also compact but when we got back to the front counter the agent said it would be an additional fee. The biggest problem is the scam that they ran on me. We checked the car for scratches and damage before leaving the lot. While inspecting the car, the agent made a point to mention that if we did not purchase insurance from Enterprise that we would would be responsible for all damage (we already knew this but it was the way that he said it which bothered me). I told him that we purchased the insurance online when we made the reservation and he said well, if you use anyone but Enterprise you will not get your deductible back and it probably won't cover the damage. I knew then that they were going to find some "damage" but I didn't have time to find another rental car. When we returned the car, they identified a microscopic "dent" that you had to position yourself at an angle to see and they are claiming that it happened while I had the car. My guess is that every person who has rented this white car has been charged for the microscopic dent. In a nutshell, you will be better off renting from the airport location (even though they charge extra fees) because this location is going to get the fee one way or another.Signed,Never Again!!
