I had to change Doctors. The customer service in nonexistent. No one answers phones at this office. Trying to cancel an appointment and the appointment desk no only did not answer the phone, it did not go to voice mail. I have found the only way to get someone to call you back is to call a random extension with panic and leave your name and number. This worked twice for me. Once when I couldn't leave a message at the appointment desk and once when I left a message every day for a week at the desk of the person that fills out the disability forms.
When I saw the doctor he proceeded to scare the heck out of me about the surgery and recovery time while at the same time not giving me all the information on the surgery.
Thank God I went for a second opinion and found a doctor I could trust with a staff who understands that patients deserve respect.
