I would give 0 stars if I could. We hired them to come out and do a firmware update on the printer using a laptop, since we couldn't do it from the web interface, and the tech forgot his laptop. Not knowledgeable on what they needed to do, and what we hired them for, and then tried to bill us 5 hours for something that was the technician's fault. Do not recommend.
