Hands down- The BEST haircuts I've ever received in my entire life have been at Elements! I have been going to Kristie for 8 years now, and she makes me (or at least my hair ;-) look like a super model every time. Her experience, skills, and training with Ouidad on thick, naturally curly hair is worth every penny of my two $80 cuts every year (regular in-between cuts are less than half that, but the curly cut and style is simply amazing)!

I was so excited when I found out that they do Ouidad haircuts, but I was pretty disappointed with my experience. I've read time & time again that curly hair should never ever ever be cut wet, so I assumed that the Ouidad cut would be a dry cut to shape my curls. However, as soon as I met with my stylist, she lead me over to the washers and immediately wet down my hair. I wanted a shorter cut with layers so that my curls would frame my face, but the layers I ended up with are all close to the same length and I tend to get that awful triangle shape now. I know to be a Ouidad stylist it takes special training, but it seems like they just claim to be a Ouidad salon and aren't really.. All in all, I feel my $85 ($100 with a tip) haircut was something I could have gotten for $20 at another salon. :(

I recently started microdermabrasion treatments at Elements Spa. Stephanie was very friendly, knowledgeable, and didn't lecture. She advised me on what products would be best for my skin type and ageing issues. I am looking forward to my next visit with Stephanie.

Very unprofessional, came in to receive the grand deep conditioning 50$

they told me it would be completely "useless" if i didn't get the special haircut 85$

so i ended up receiving both. I had one small dread lock that was slightly hidden, within the first glance she started talking how she could take the "thing" out, i agreed to have it out but to act disgusted with a choice of mine is unprofessional.

I asked if i could keep the length of my hair and she said it wouldn't be the "true ouidad haircut" she wanted to make the entire cut one length, i felt like a broken record the entire hour asking to keep my hair and she kept arguing it wouldnt be the true haircut.

by the end they had honestly "saturated" my hair with their special technique of "saturate and rake" process. i came home with a 150$ bill and 6 inch shorter hair. i spent an hour curling my hair this morning and ended up putting it in a braid. i give up. they thinned my hair to a point of it looks greasy. i've washed my hair twice today and the products are still in my hair. Would not recommend this salon to anyone who believes in a small bit of respect or individuality. nice people,,, but very "consistently the same haircuts"

I have been a customer of the ...

I have been a customer of the salon for over a year, therefore I decided to go there for my wedding hairdo with my braids maids and my Mom . I had my trail styling a month prior to that and I loved it,I was very excited. On my wedding day , unfortunately my stylist FORGOT THAT SHE HAD AN APPOINTMENT WITH ME !!! So all 5 girls were ready ( by the way they didn't wash their hair before the styling!) but me . I was deeply disappointed, after an hour wait another stylist started to curl my hair, 15 minutes later the original stylist walked in and finished my hair ( she didn't remember how she did my trail hairdo so I had to show her pictures). Needless to say I was very stressed out and late for my make up appointment and I will not recommend the place to any future bride
