I have dealt with many repair services over the years, but customer service of PC Repair Services of VA is by far the best. When my original desktop computer crashed, I was impressed with the attention to every detail in retrieving the data from my old hard drive and transferring everything over to my new desktop. Even after the service was complete, owner Rick was available for any questions/problems with my computer. He went above and beyond what was needed for my computer. Without a doubt, if I have computer problems again, there is no other place I would go except PC Repair Services of Virginia. Thanks again!
An email tricked me and I opened a bogus email which apparently unleashed the most awful virus worm thingee. My computer went crazy. I wasn't just "headed" for disaster, I was IN disaster. Thankfully, other friends had heard about Rick Henshaw and they told me that he would be able to save my data IF anyone could. Sure enough! He did exactly that! Data saved; problem eliminated, thanks to Rick. He even worked over the weekend on it, so I was up and running again quickly, and at no extra charge. He's worth twice what he charges, and I KNOW he spent more time fixing my problem than what he charged. Not only all that, but he hooked me up with some anti-virus software that will screen my emails, too, in case I goof up again!
Since then, my brother had a computer problem, too, and got the same EXCELLENT service that I did from P.C. Repair Services of Virginia!
In my opinion you simply could NOT find a more professional, likeable, honest computer repair person than Rick Henshaw!!
I am overwhelmed by the excellent service provided by Mr. Henshaw. I had never had to call a PC repair service before, and liked his ad about "don't be frustrated!" My wireless router died. Mr. Henshaw responded immediately and spent well over the allotted time, in addition to making two additional visits, to ensure that both my PC and laptop were able to access the Internet through my wireless router. Verizon even sent a broken replacement router, and he took care of everything, requesting that they send me a new one, not a refurbished one, immediately. I am thrilled to say that all systems are go! Mr. Henshaw went over and above the call of duty, and I know he should have charged me more than he did, and he stuck with me until it was working. I was impressed with his A+ skills and ability to quickly diagnose the problems. I would wholeheartedly recommend PC Repair Services of Virginia to anyone. Mr. Henshaw has a long list of impressive credentials, was able to quickly diagnose and repair the problems, and get me back in business. In addition, he was friendly and very accommodating and explained things in a way that I could understand and promptly returned all my desperate calls. While I consider myself proficient in Word software products, I am a repair dummy and lose all patience when the computer doesn't do what it should! I highly recommend Mr. Henshaw and his business. He has excellent business ethics and stuck with me until everything was in perfect working order. He even called to make sure things were working after he completed the job. I cannot say enough good things about him and the business. You can be sure that he will be first on my list to call if I ever have computer issues again. For fast, courteous, reasonably priced, and reliable service, you will not go wrong with PC Repair Services of Virginia. Truly exceptional!!!

My computer issue was diagnosed and resolved within hours of checking it in. This company has great, reliable, and quick service that is done at a great affordable price.Outstanding Service! Competent and knowledgeable techs! Affordable! There is nothing more that I can ask for in a computer repair service. I could not be more satisfied. After pulling my hair out with my previous support people, I tried to do it myself. That was a mistake! I found their ad and gave them a call. WOW! Not only did they help me with my current problem over the phone, there was NO CHARGE! I had another problem that couldn't be fixed over the phone, so I had them come over and check it out. Reasonable prices, courteous service people and the problem was fixed quickly. They are on my speed dial. TOPS!!
