Went in for an oil change and ended up not getting out of there for less that $360. I felt like they were trying to nickel and dime me into a lot of repairs. I went ahead and had the shocks replaced because I knew that they had never been replaced. Yes, my car has over 125K miles but I try to keep it up. Also when told about the stocks I was given a price for the part but never the exact price for the labor. I do understand that labor is more that the part in most cases. I feel that they were not exactly upfront with the total cost. I talked to my husband and he shared an experience that his coworker had that Merchants tries nickel and dime its customers. Just beware and expect to be hit up for more than you originally came in to have done.
