Lady seemed nice when dropping my dog off. When I showed up to pick up my dog she was hollering horribly at him until she realize I was there and then she stopped. She shaved my dog even though I didn't ask for it that short and didn't even cut his tail hair down like I had asked. She tried complaining to me about how badly my dog acted and I simply said is taken him other places and he never ever had issues, everyone loved him. Dogs have very good judgement when it comes to people so he must have had a sense about her then. This lady even had the nerve to ask for a tip! Needless to say she didn't get one and I will never bring my dog back there. I will also discourage as many people as I can to never go there.

They told us on phone they had picture books with cuts but they did not, cut was not as requested, was choppy and looked terrible. Proceeded to charge us $20 more than price given on website even though we pointed this fact out. Coincidentally, we complained about the price discrepancy and now the price listed on the website has changed from this morning. (go figure)
