George, his son took over in 1947 and sold everything from clothing to radios and musical instruments. Being an accomplished musician who had a 17 piece band in the 1930s he taught music at the store. He continued playing music with smaller combos when he wasn't running the store until his passing in 1986. David, his son now runs the store solely as musical instrument sales and repair. He occasionally plays gigs with friends using his famous Hammond B-3
