Absolutely incredible team! I can't thank the staff enough for their exceptional care of my entire family over the past 5 years. My son was treated for acne while in high school, after just a couple of visits his skin was completely clear. My father visited Dr. English for a spot on his face --during exam he noticed a spot on dads arm and removed it the same day -- turned out to be cancerous. We are very grateful and found that all their providers consistently take their time with us for every visit we've made. The staff is top notch and always attentive. I have referred two friends who were extremely happy with the care they received. Highly recommend!

They were absolutely awful! It...

They were absolutely awful! It took them a month to get a lab result for fungus on my toe. They called me after a month of the initial visit and told me that if they hadn't heard from me in 2 weeks to call them. When I called them they told me I had to wait another 2 weeks and then they told me that my toe had no fungus on it (even though other doctors that are not nurse practitioners have verified that it was) and told me that my toe needed more moisture. They charged me over 75 dollars for the nurse practitioner (not even a doctor) to look at my toe from a distance. He didn't even touch my toe or properly examine it at all. The staff was a bit rude and to top it all off I had to pay a lab fee that was over $50 dollars because the Nurse Practitioner couldn't tell me if it was a fungus or not without a biopsy. They are the worst doctor's office I have ever been too. I will never recommend them to my family or friends ever! Forget ever seeing the doctor unless you want to wait months to see him and good luck having him actually show up on your appointment day too. You have been warned.....
