Dr. Tate & Jackie have provided our pets with the best care we have ever gotten from vets. They were here on 2/25 and treated 2 cats with very bad upper respiratory infections. They were clear in their instructions on how to give the medications. They were thorough with the exams and gentle with my cats. We are so grateful not to have to take 2 sick cats on a car ride which further upsets them. Dr. Tate & Jackie answered our questions and gave us concise help for aiding our pets during their recovery. East Valley Mobile Vet gives us peace of mind with is wonderful. They have always fit us in, whether it is a cat who is dying of liver cancer or other illnesses. We will call them any time our pets need a vet, they are the best!

Cont, after no call from the doctor I had to take my cat to another doctor and have Dr tate fax the test results, my cat is now dead and I feel very sad that Dr tate did not take the time to call and make arrangements to give medication, fiulds, and other treatments needed for cats with Kidney failure I am so angry at Dr Tate for not caring for my cat.I am not a vet but if you have a patient with Kidney failure wouldn't you give a treatment plan not worry about more test in less than a week thanks alot for letting my cat down

Dr Tate came to my house because my cat was sick and they took blood and then called me next day with the results that my cat had kidney failure so we were to wait and see how the cat does in the next couple of days, The cat got worst and I tried to call the doctor and they called me back but not the doctor the asst. and told me they would call me later that day to make an appointment to come to my house I did not receive a call in the mean time my cat is getting worst and I called again and left a message and then received another call from the asst stating the only way the doctor would come to my house to take care of the cat if I approved another round of test which last time cost me 400.00 dollars, I really just wanted to have a few minutes on the phone with the doctor to see what we could do for my cat we already knew it had kidney failure from the last test we took few days before. again never received a call from the doctor,

Being disabled and having a Service Dog needing some assistance with allergy problems. I really should have done more research in finding a more qualified vet that could help. Being a Mobile Vet Practice and as I am unable to drive I thought this vet would help. This Mobile Vet is very unprofessional and lacks all qualifications in being a vet. When called by the tech or calling the mobile vet the tech (Vets daughter) is very rude with angry overtones and lacks all communications between the client and the vet. Was told abruptly to find another vet. I highly recommend you looking elsewhere as this vet and her daughter (tech) is not qualified to help with any health problems in an animal.

This was a very proffesional and very courteous vet. The fact that she came to the house was just a bonus. The price was reasonable, the service was outstanding, and her level of proffessionalism was unmatched. I would recommend this vet to anyone!!!!

This was the best vet that my dog has ever seen. Not only did she come to the home to see Belle, but when Belle needed surgery, she also picked her up, took her to her clinic for surgery, then returned after she recovered. Dr. Tate is extremely professional! She spoke to us in layman's terms so that we knew what was going on, and also gave the technical terminology so that we could look online to see how to better treat our Belle. Her technician was fast and efficient, and she knew what the Dr wanted before she asked for it. Dr. Tate was not only sensitive to our needs, but to Belle's as well. She really cares about animals, and Belle could sense that. Dr. Tate was also very comparbly priced to taking Belle to the vet's office as well. I would recomend her to anyone that do or don't know. This was one of the best business experiences that I have ever had!

I am so grateful that I found Dr. Tate and Jackie a couple of years ago. My dog was growing older and couldn't walk on tile. As you know most vet's office are nothing but tile. Dr. Tate and Jackie made life so much easier for my dog and myself by coming into my home to do the testing that needed done and to prescribe him his meds. On June 2nd, Dr. Tate and Jackie came to my home and peacefully transitioned my dog into puppy heaven. They were spectacular!! My dog went happily surround by friends and family. I couldn't have asked for a better life and ending for him. Dr. Tate and Jackie were just as emotional as I was and it was comforting to know that they care so much for animals. I recommend EVMV to any and everyone.

Unprofessional with no courtesy to their clients or their clients pets. This Veterinarian is all about getting your money with no care for your pet. She did a surgery on my pet, and when I was quoted it was less then 400.00. When she brought my pet home the bill was over 1000.00. She did not communicate any further information with me. She has her assistant who does not follow up. Yet when you call, you receive a comment of "I appeased you" when I did not follow up with you. Meaning no communication. You the client is left holding the bag. Again this vet and her assistant do not communicate with clients. This vet and her assistant is very unprofessional with no courtesy to clients or pets. Believe me you will NOT want to use this vet service. My pet is still sick.
