Roland Black put our HVAC system in 12 1/2 years ago. They have been servicing our unit twice a year from date of installation, and just installed the REME Halo LED whole house air purifier. My invalid mother was living with me. It was one oh those hot North Carolina summer days when my ac stopped working.
I called the ac repairman the we had used for years. They told me it would be 3 weeks before they could get to me. I called Roland Black. They were very busy too, but that afternoon the repairman arrived, fixed the system, and told me Mr. Black would bring us the invoice in a few days. He was concerned the heat would hurt people. Serviceing his customers was more important. They have done my ac work ever since. When the old system could no longer be fixed we had them replace it. They also re-worked our trunk lines to make the new system more efficient. We will be staying with Roland Black for all our heating and air service. They are number one.
