The manager and employees in this store are very rude to customers. This is the only Hallmark store I have ever been in that you couldn't get help. The employees acted like it was a burden to help on the floor and then you waited forever to be checked out. Then I met the manager Sherry and could see where the employees learned their customer service skills. I will never shop there again and I am encouraging my friends and family to do the same. If you like poor service this is the store for you!!!!!!!!!

I ENJOY GOING TO HALLMARK. YOU CAN ALWAYS FIND THE RIGHT CARD FOR THAT SPECIAL PERSON AND THEY ALSO HAVE ALL KINDS OF collectibles. IT'S JUST A FUN PLACE TO BROWSE TOO.
