To the anonymous reviewer, if the service was so poor you should have left your name and number and not hide so that people could speak to you directly about what you experienced and you could give them the number of s company you think is better. This company installed my original AC system in the mid-1980's. They were great. I understand the company has since been sold. It is now very poorly operated, and staffed by incompetent technicians who do horrible work while they cause damage to your home and equipment. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for an air conditioning contractor, or ask Elm for some (many) customer recommendations. My guess is that they will be very hard pressed to accommodate your request.

We had a similar situation as this other guy when it came to finishing work. All in all, the work was done well and I don't think I would rush to recommend them, but I would probably not tell someone not to use them either.

Okay, so I had a central air system installed by this outfit a few years back. It did everything it is supposed to do. It took only a few days to get the job done. We did not sign up for service plan however, and here's why... There were a few issues that came up with the install that had to be addressed. Not so unusal. Screws were missing from some plates, one of the vents rattled alot, there was a hole that needed to be patched, and the air flow was off in one of the rooms. We held off on the final porition of the payment until they would come back to finish up (which we were told they would within a week). We have always followed this sort of payment plan with contractors. You pay that last check with the job is all done... OMG!! The dude that owns the place lit into us like we've never experienced before! My wife was IN TEARS, literally. He's unstable - I would NOT USE THEM. Now I have to find someone to service it, and nobody uses this size filter... it's a nightmare.
