I LOVE NEO! I walked into the Framingham showroom looking for a dining table which could be delivered within a month for my anniversary celebration. I was greeted by the salesperson Michael, who told me that if I ordered a table that would not arrive in time, NEO would give me a loaner table. They really went out of their way to accommodate my situation.

I purchased Calligaris Tower table (thanks to the helpful sales people), and it arrived in time.

NEO totally worth it. Great design, and great customer service!
