My overall experience was strange. My first visit Dr. Conti was with another pt so they just had me see another Dr. without consulting me if this was okay. The Dr. I saw was rather different. While I was checking out I had to explain to the girl how to charge me bc she said she was unfamiliar with my insurance. They ordered me the wrong contacts and when I told them they blew me off and said to try this brand bc it is better, when I left the office I realized it was their brand of contacts and that is why they wanted me to have those. They called me and told me the Doctor wanted me to have all these test run, I told them that I had only come in for a check up and everything was fine, and she said " yeah but your insurance pays for all these test", that was a major turn off for me right there, I dont want to use a doctor who only runs test bc my insurance will pay for it! That isnt professional at all. I wont be going back to this office!
