Recommended by my home insurance and arrived at my house Monday morning. Upon inspection condemned/turned off my water heater. Stated they would return today (Wednesday) with proper parts to repair. Called this morning at 8am to request an arrival time and was informed that they would call me back. Called again at noon after not hearing from them and was told again that someone would contact me shortly. Called again at 3pm and was informed that someone would call me shortly. Very unprofessional as it's almost 5pm and two days without hot water. Tried to relit the pilot light and seems the part is broken. I will update this rating once proper service is provided but for now I'm not impressed with their lack of professionalism.
