While they got the most obvious clean they failed to pay any attention to details. Not very happy with the reaction I received when I called to complain. Customer service leaves much to be desired. One of the maids overpowered me with the smell of cigarettes. I had to go in every room she had been in just to spray air freshener behind her.

WOW! I thought I was good at keeping my home clean, but when I called Merry Maids in, to clean for me before Thanksgiving, it was almost like walking into a brand new home. Every thing sparkled. I felt like that lady on their TV commercial. WOOO HOOO!
