Had them put a tire on my van and when i went to remove the tire a month later, three of the lug nuts were over torqued and rounded off, so i couldn't get them off. two auto shops tried and were unsuccessful as well. Finally, a third shop had to use a tool that was meant for freightliner trucks to remove them. They estimated that the torque was over 500 pounds and it is only required to be about 100. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worse enemy. If I could give them a negative, i would. When i called them to explain what happened, they acted as if it wasn't their fault.
