I think this place is wonderful! They were fair and honest, the staff and doctors were wonderful! This is the best place to go to for quick care.

I had to go here because my insurance isn't accepted anywhere in this area. My first appointment did not resolve my issue, but I was told the second appointment would be complimentary to figure out what was going on. The second appointment neither solved the issue or was free. I got a bill in the mail for the full appointment. I took it into the office and they basically told me too bad I have to pay it. Now I still have to go somewhere else to find someone who can help me. Please save your money and time!!

Don't expect good after care. I tried to talk to a professional after I was seen and I was directed to email or leave a message with no guarantee it would be returned. PA who saw me examined me, told me the Rx and walked out. I might has well have gone to a robot doc in the box.

I use Gulf Coast Immediate Care all the time for my family. I got tired of getting told from other doctor offices that they couldn't see me for weeks. Now when I want urgent care, I don't even have to make an appointment and it's great. Most of the times I have been there the wait has been reasonable; however, I do understand that there are busy times and when I don't have an appointment, there are most likely others that will be in front of me. Also, contrary to one the past reviews about money, they don't seem to be concerned only with money. The medical staff is great as well as the receptionists at the front window.

I have been going here for years. Starting when I was 8 and they were on mary Esther cutoff. The last few years seems all they care about is getting you more appointments so they can get the office visit fee. I have a cold sore prescription and I have to go see them for a refill? A follow up apt for a cold sore? REALLY? Never can get a call back from the physician that you were seen by. Including my daughters PA when here hair was falling out. The nurse will call you but does little to no good. I have, at other times left messages for physician to get back with me and they don't. If you want to speak to them you got to come in pay. All they want is your money. What ever happened here is a shame. While I understand its a business they should understand patient advocacy

Long wait time, poor service, was rushed through my four minutes with the PA, and badmouthed one of my other doctors in town which is completely unprofessional. I would not recommend this office to anyone.

I just used used their urgent care center. The wait was a standard wait. The PA, Ashton, was excellent. He listened, had a great personality and was very caring. I highly recommend them.
