I am giving them one star because there is no zero star. On my birthday a friend of mine unfortunately called Friendly Florist and ordered a very expensive orchid arraignment as my birthday gift. They had the nerve to cut the orchid steam and stick 3 of them in whatever would looks like a very expensive orchid arraignment. You can wonder what happened. FIVE days after I received the wonderful gift, the orchid flowers, the open ones and the ones still closed was falling off. Do not be deceived by the pictures on their website. Of course I am not calling my friend to let her know the fiasco of her great gift. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. You will be better off driving to Destin to purchase real flowers from honest people.

I received a flower arrangement that was beautiful in the beginning. But after a few days the roses & other flowers began to wilt, definitely not fresh. Seven (7) of the buds on the arrangement did not bloom. I tried calling the florist several times using three different numbers they have listed and none have an answering service to leave a message. I went on line to email them and no email address. Finally several days later I called and a female answered the phone. For a florist who claims they built an excellent reputation on beautiful flowers and prompt service was anything but! She was rude and questioning my integrity. She actually put me on hold and asked the flower arranger if she had any problems with buds not blooming that week! Seriously? Then says well this is normal for several buds not to bloom. They never once apologized or offered to deliver another arrangement or a partial arrangement but at the end of our conversation she said I could bring the arrangement to them and they would add a few blooms! Now this would look a bit ridiculous when the flowers are dead. Very disappointed in CUSTOMER SERVICE & would give them a rating of a ONE (1) I am not sure who the owner is but you need to screen and perhaps record your employee's and how they treat customers. The person who sent me these flowers actually made an order directly to them and they didn't send what was ordered. He nor I or my family members will ever use this florist again.

i received flowers from my daughter for my birthday. the arrangement i received was one of the most beautiful, creative flower arrangement i had ever received. i would recommend this florist to everyone. love my flowers.

I ordered flowers for my Mom's birthday and they were beautiful except the roses in the arrangement arrived blown and after a day and half the flowers looked like I had them for a for a week and the Gerbera daisy's were falling apart. I contacted FTD and they had this florist to replace them and it was like they were mad because they went from a beautifully arrangement to the ugliest dark flowers-it was so bad I called back shortly after the replacement arrived and asked I could have my orginal arrangement bsck and the response to that was I not making you another arrangement-poor listening skills too.
