She has been going to Bayside Vets since she was 6 weeks old and is 4 years old now. They have helped through an injury from another dog and they always respond quickly when needed. We Love them!

Everyone here is nice, they also can work with you due to the rising costs. However, there is one doctor there that seems to only consider the dog as a "paycheck" and he is not a friendly individual from my experience, probably due to my poor financial situation.

we were disappointed in this place. our german sheppard was dying and the doctor could not tell us why! she took an xray and said I do not know what all this means. he had torn his spleen and she could not tell us that!the doctor was terrible but her staff was amazing , its a shame they have her on board. well $800 later we lost our son of 11 years . thanks to this terrible doctor. we had recently gotten a new puppy ,yes another german sheppard and are definitely not taking it to this place!so beware people!

Great staff with reasonable prices. We've been using them for 7-8 years and have always had a pleasant experience.

I have tried just about every clinic between Fort Walton Beach and Niceville (one in Destin). After 13 years I ended up at Bayside and I love it. The tech staff is great and the doctors wonderful. Also very important: IT IS CLEAN!

I love this vet office! Always friendly, fairly priced. Had a somewhat emergency with a cat that they had never seen before and they worked him in THAT DAY! I especially love Dr. Staggs! She is very sweet, great bedside manor, even gets down to the pets level to make them more comfortable. I request her every time I have to bring one of my pets there. I have been using this vet for about 3 years. Def. recommend them to everyone I know!

Charged me a fortune for a 5 minute checkup to find out my pet was old. When I disputed my bill the vet refused to see me about it, insisting that my pet's check up was thorough... she must've been upset that I didn't opt to do the $120 blood glucose test for my 4-year-old rodent.

Very overpriced visits with very rude staff including vets who spend their visit with you sales-pitching for expensive tests for your pet rather than giving it a check up.

Dr Ellen Fannon and the staff of bayside animal hospital are the most compassionate, professional people in the business.. I cannot praise them enough-- even when Dr Fannon isn't in the office, the other doctors are quick to answer my questions.. They go out of their way to find ways to get medication that is very expensive normally, at a better price, they will write you a script to take to your pharmacy and have filled.. they call you with results from tests as soon as they are reported, and even call to check up on a situation with your pet.... Their prices are very reasonable... I am so thankful we met Dr Fannon and staff when we ddi!
