I was very dissatisfied with the service received at the Brooken Hill location. I came in to have a pair of jeans altered. The girls working were not friendly, and seemed annoyed that they had to get up fron the tv they were watching. I was told I would have to pay extra to "keep the original hem" or it would look nothing like the original it came with. No problem. When I returned after a week to pick it up I paid for the service and saw that the hem was noticeably very sloppy, and did not match the rest of the stitching. It was almost like the person who did it was learning how to sew, or just didn't care at all how it turned out. I had considered doing the job myself, but since this was a really nice pair of jeans, I thought I ought to have a professional do it. It looked bad. When I told the clerk, she offered to have them sent back, but honestly I was afraid it would not come back any better and didn't want to wait another week. I won't be back.

I have never been more dissatisfied with a dry cleaner business before. My clothes smelled burned when I wore them. Then in a matter of a week and a half, two different mr. Robs locations misplaced three different pairs of pants! Their attitude about the situation was very flippant and uncaring, as if it happened all the time. I will never go back.

Inexpensive and professional. They do a great, honest job. Don't go anywhere else. They beat everyone's price and know what they're doing and care about the job.
