The service is fair, you some times have to wait on the care takers to get to the front desk to check you in or recieve your dog (but thats because they are off doing their on going job of care taking), my 3 dogs always come back happy and clean. The kennel is always clean and the dogs all seem to be happy and healthy. the prices are very affordable, more affordable than the rest of the kennels around here. I suggest this kennel above the rest to whom over needs a kennel.
