Horrible service and practice... They could care less about the health of your teeth, they only want your money... They told us they would not work on our daughters teeth without using anesthesia, but the anesthesia would be $1,000... They are a joke!!!!

If I could give them a zero, I would. I use this dentist for a few months during 2011. The first time I went there, rather than the dentist asking me, he just told me he was going to do a deep cleaning of my teeth and charged my insurance, which took funds away. In June of 2011, I needed 2 root canals and was charged a significant amount of money. I had to come out of pocket more than I would have since they charge my insurance for the deep cleaning, which left less money on my insurance. Less than a year later (2012), come to find out, the root canals were not done properly. I have been having pain and sensitivity, and I am no longer in the state. It will cost me $3000 for the retreat of the 2 root canals and I do not have the money. My current dentist sent x-rays to tell them where the descrepancy was and they would not listen. They do not want to reimburse me and I cannot have my insurance pay for it for another 4 years. I am screwed thanks to this group. The staff are and were rude when I called as well as when my current dentist called. I would not recommend them. They are too expensive and not worth the money. Find somewhere that will take care of you and the the work right or at least own up to their mistakes.

I took my toddler in because she needed work on her upper two front teeth. I couln't sleep the night before, because I though it was going to be complicated and I was going to have a really hard time with my daugther. The service was excellent my daugther didn't want to leave and she is only 3 yrs. If you want your kids to love going to the Dentis, this is the place to take them. I am so thankful to the staff and appreciate how they made my daugther feel. I can tell you the smile in her face was priceless. Thank you, Thank you.....Carisse Hache =)

My child has a birth defect that needs dental treatment we made the mistake of trying this office. The front end staff are beyond rude and don't ever return calls. This office is owned by Dr. Compean who owns a chain of dental offices in the area. He hires no talent cheap labor to staff his office. We were reffered to several of his staff by him, after being seen by them and our insurance charged he would tell us to see another one of his "new" dentist because the first consult was no good and not to be trusted. After 4 months of consultations and exhausting our dental benefits they still had no plan for treatment and stopped answering our calls. This dental group is only out for money not the patient care. Days after our last visit to this office we went to see another dentist. He found several large cavities on the xrays he took free of charge because we had no more insurance left to use. If you want a dentist that cares go see Dr. Hoan Vu Truong at New Image Dental. He does Beautiful work and cares about his patients.
