Visited Graziano’s Restaurant on Cherry Ave. in Fontana at 12:30 pm for lunch today. This place has been a mainstay in the community for years. It’s been a hangout for many of the teachers in the area for as long as I had been working in Fontana. Their sandwiches have been great, their pizza hot and delicious, and their spaghetti has always been al dente with great marinara and meat sauces. However, this visit was abominable. I ordered a ½ order of spaghetti with marinara sauce. When I picked it up and went back to the table I found that the bowl was ½ full of hot water, soggy noodles, with marinara sauce on top. The hot water had diluted the marinara sauce and it looked, in no way, appetizing. I tried to decant some of the water out of the mess but lost most of the marinara sauce. I returned the concoction back to the counter and requested my money back. I left with the thought that “all good things must come to an end.” I won’t be returning. BTW – they can’t calim it was busy because there were only a few people in the entire restaurant.

This Place has THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have EVER experienced in my life!!! We have been loyal customers for years (based on convenience, location, food is decent) But throughout the years the level of unprofessionalism, and bad staff etiquette has progressively gotten intolerable. VINCENT who is supposed to be the "Manager" ONLY based on the fact that his Father owns the Restaurant is so inappropraite, so rude, and sarcastic that we have decided as a team to NEVER bring our business back to this location!! We have seen MANY customers vow not to EVER step foot into this location because of him, as well as MANY staff members quit due to the treatment from the "Management". Vincent is truly a cancer to this business and is running the place into the ground, he has chased out a LOT of loyal customers. I will NEVER RETURN HERE as long as he is running this place, I will also recomend to ALL 4 of my teams to take their business elsewhere!!!
