I used this company 5 years ago, to repair a USB port on a computer that was just past the warranty period. The usb port was attached to another part and the whole thing needed replacing. I decided to do the repair, rather than buy another computer, and it was the best decision. The repair technicians knew exactly what to do and I never had a problem with this computer again. I am still using it today. I am now recommending this company to my friend who is having a problem. I would recommend this company to everyone.

I called in at 735AM and spoke to a very helpfull customer service representative that tried to resolve my issue over the telephone but after 20 minutes I was given the choice of bringing my machine in for depot service or having an experienced technician come to my office. I chose having the technician come to my office and he arrived at 1130AM same day and repaired the machine that another company told me was unrepairable. I have since used them to not only repair my copier but my printers and now our computers and one thing I have come to expect is that an experienced technician will arrive on time and take care of the problem. Our company has also used US Globe for all of our toner needs and whatever we order we have it next day which is great. I recommend these guys to everyone.

Terrible service, bad pricing. They compare themselves to other, well known local companies but don't know what they are doing. It looks like all of the favorable reviews were done by one of their employees - all on the same day!

Despite reading the reviews that the previous people have left the company was great! Under new management it was some of the best customer service i have received in a long time. They repaired my Laptop to perfection and the toner that i purchased from them was sealed in the box and works great. I will be returning to purchase more from US Globe and if i have any other computer problems they are the first place i will be going. I recommend this company to all!!!

If anyone is considering using them to purchase toner or ink cartridges, save your money, time and try to find a different vendor. All their sales reps, Greg, Tom, Gus have all lied in the past! Absolute worst company i have dealt with.

Customer service was not very good.

This is the worst company I have ever bought from. The copier drum I purchased was incorrect, so I arranged with the sales guy Greg Davidson, to return it for a refund. I paid to ship it back (unopened), confirmed with the shipper that they got the drum back 8 business days later, and confirmed with Rick that they had record of my return. I did my part, but that was over 14 WEEKS ago, and they won't refund my $112.99, as Greg agreed to do. I have called many times and asked for a call back about this, left messages with Tom Taylor and others, and even with the boss George Douglas. No one has ever returned my calls. If you are considering a purchase from this outfit, I suggest you simply flush your money and save yourself the time and additional expense. This company deserves bankruptcy court.
