First appointment they cancelled my appointment, 2nd appointment I had to cancel they told me it was $25 for not giving a 24 hour window, yet no fee for me having to reschedule my schedule. They pull you back give you some exercises to do, and about 4 other people switch off and give you an 3exercise to do, mean while no one is watching what you do, I noticed 4 other patients doing their own exercies and not being monitored, I feel this is a big wast of time, they are not professional at all the front desk reception people are very curt, and harrass you about appointments, I was very dissatisfied with this physical theraphy, I give it a 1 star if that.
