I got beat. I didn't get back any of the gems and was not told what I was getting per item. Some of the things they took cost me a hell of a lot more then even came close to. Especially when something is sterling silver and gold. They kept 3 good size diamonds. The girl kept leaving with the item and just throw it in a pile that was cheapest. Don't go there!!!!

Terrible experience with cash for gold.. I do not know what clientele they are accustomed to.. But I went in there to cash in a few gold items that I had no use for & was treated in a very cold manner.. Not friendly @ all & did not even have enough cash to pay for the items that only totaled to $97.00..why advertise for a service & than cannot deliver in a professional manner.. Very disappointed..

I got taken for a ride when I sold my silver, metal and 10k gold. Sales petson woild not wven tell me the weight. luckiky, I Didn't sell my 14k gold because I knew it was too low of an offer. But mad at myself for not educating myself about silver and metal. Then sales person (who may be owner) gave me an attitude bc I told him I wasn't selling 14k gold. Do not sell hold or any previous metal at this place. Go to Roman's Jewelers in Cranston. Gave me $10 more per penny weight than Patenaudes.
