I don't know why this place has bad reviews for battery replacements. I took four $500 watches there for new batteries and the total price was a great deal. They even fixed the ticker on a Nixon watch and it's good as new. The lady that helped me (I think her name was Sun) was very, very pleasant and helpful. She helped me order a new strap for a Vagary watch and my whole experience there was just the very best. It's not rushed and rude like getting your watch battery replaced at a department store. This will be my go-to watch shop as long as I live in this area.
