Audio Sensations performed one of the worst install jobs I've ever experienced. They somehow managed to mess up a simple subwoofer installation. I sincerely believe I could have done a better job myself, and I know nothing about cars. Shortly after my bad experience at Audio Sensations I went to another shop, and they were simply appalled at how poor of a job they did. I will never go back to Audio Sensations. Ever. There are much better shops out there that will do a professional job.

bought a set of polk audio speakers from a closing circuit city and had audio sensations install them in my 06 civic. Everything is perfect and i could not have asked for a better installation. these guys know what their doing, work fast and get the job donedef recommend!

Great job on the installation, very knowledgable staff. However, they only get 2 stars due to thier manager. He has the worst customer service skills and has no business dealing with the public. I tried for almost 2 weeks to get a hold of him or for him to call me back on a product I bought and paid to install but that they didn't install. After waiting that long I went to the store to get a refund and as I was trying to refresh his memory on who I was he told me to stop acting like a j erk. And if I wanted a refund he wouldn't look into my problem. He hadn't looked into it yet and I already paid him. I took my refund and realised I was a j erk, I've spent almost $7000 grand in his store in the last year and this is how I'm repaid for my loyalty and for refering others to his store. Not any more. I like Audio Sensations but I doubt I'll ever go back to the Exton location. Go to the Pottstown location they are much friendlier there.
