They snatched the hair from my 6-mo old poodle's ears and that's a no-no! That hair is there for a reason. Even so...she's way too young for that! She's been crying/whining ever since and withdrawn. Trying to get her to a vet quick. Also, I asked to shave face...it's all patchy and her toenails were so jagged, I had to file them them when I got home so she wouldn't cut herself when she scratched. I called them and asked for a call back to discuss "things" but, they did not call. I will never go back.
