Professional service, moral company, beautiful work completed in time.

The owner of the company gave us an estimate, and we just went with it. A week later he called us saying that he miscalculated the price on the estimate and that he had to charge us an additional amount of money, we accepted it. Then we had to put off the project for a short period of time, when called him, he went up an additional amount of money claiming that the price of the material had gone up. Then called him several time and after several messages,/calls/emails he told me that he had to charge me an additional $300 for the concrete. At that point we were over the idea of doing the project with him and decided not to use their services any more. If you decide to use his service, make sure he doesn't gradually go up in price, and make sure to check other companies out there. Don't let him make you feel that he is the best one out there.

Posey Home Improvements gave us the best price on our roof replacement in 2008. The only thing they did not follow up on was removing all of the roofing nails from the grounds. We had to replace 1 harley tire, 1 car tire, and 1 lawnmower tire. Overall an excellent job which finished on time and below budget. Great Great Great job
