Established in 1947, Western Bagel is a bakery shop offering bagels to the California community. Based in Encino, Calif., the company operates 11 retail stores, as well as performs national and international distribution. It has the capability to produce more than 5,000 dozen bagels an hour. Serving the local restaurants and delis, the store has numerous bagel varieties, such as original bagel, alternative bagel, specialty bagel, bagel platter, sandwiches, cream cheese, coffee, pastries, cookies and chips. Western Bagel involves in the community by offering bagels to numerous organizations, such as schools, food banks, senior citizens organizations, rehabilitation groups, different charity events, sporting events and other community related events.
